Beautiful visit where all the senses were part of the experience. The atmosphere is designed to accompany the gastronomic experience to the fullest. Upon entering the restaurant, the soft music and aroma of the place are noticeable. The attention of the waiters is on another level, making the experience improve as the hours go by. Juan, the chef, came by on more than one occasion to present his dishes and thank him for choosing his restaurant. A warm touch on your part. The concept of the menu is very interesting, since Juan seeks to reflect the cuisine of Jaén and his grandmother, his muse. Some dishes managed to bring me back to my family's home kitchen too. Others really surprised me with their creativity and explosion of flavors. I recommend a visit to Damajuana, it is a great culinary experience that you will surely enjoy. Excellent dinner (in June 2023), world class level. Exceptional wine pairing introducing many very special wines.
