Everything starts on the phone. I had a waitress twice. first time to book and a second time to confirm my reservation on the day I. the waitress has been very kind. It's not a big thing.But it starts here. once you arrive at ventabren (beau village in the way), a small walk is required because there is no parking at the restaurant level. Second time in this starred restaurant. a marvel! from the charming village where it is located, from the incredible setting with a breathtaking view that is worth the detour alone, from the successful global design of the room, from the professional team, smiling and welcoming to the dishes offered, both delicious, creative and surprising, everything is absolutely perfect. The michelin star means something. Let you try with one of the menus (wood, concrete.) for me, I succumbed to the concrete menu. This restaurant is worth a visit!

We discovered this place four years ago when the chief already enjoyed us. What a joy to find these gustative pleasures magnified by a brand new setting that perfectly integrates into the stones of the old village of ventabren. the staff is at your listen and everything is done to spend an excellent evening - to recommend - thank you again
We had dinner with family. wooden table, chairs and benches. table set in grey felt, kitchen open to the room. more brewery than a gastro. Open view of the pond of berre and its refineries. We waited too long for the order and the service is not up to a star. in the plate nothing exceptional, just good. disappointing.
