Been here a couple of times with some friends to get a drink or some delicious Korean food. They have large indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. The place is nicely decorated and considered hip from its flashing lights and music choices! If you haven 't, I would recommend watching Itaewon on Netflix, which is what this place is based on. I came on a Sunday night and it wasn 't too busy, but on other weekends it can get pretty busy. I 've made a couple visits here since its opening and so far had not had a bad experience. However I 've only been set on their outdoor seating due to COVID regulations. The decoration is super aesthetically pleasing, they have Christmas lights across their venue and a large Danban LED sign outside the restaurant that looks like the one from the Korean TV show, Itaewon Class.Food generally comes out pretty fast and employees are quick and accessible. If I could leave no stars I would. My sister went with her girlfriend here tonight for their anniversary dinner. They were so excited to come here. When they returned, they were devastated. The staff here kept staring at them and made them feel extremely uncomfortable. They even lost their appetite and spent a pretty penny regardless. Was it a race thing? Or was it because they are a same sex couple? Shame on you for making people feel this way. I would stay away from this place unless you fit their standard . What a waste.

Never recommend this place!! Terrible customer care!! Waiters ONLY prefer female customers. MALE customers will be ignored when you guys go without ladies~ NO responds, careless don't care whether you need something or not!! My boyfriend went last night with his guy friend and had total ignored service from 2 of there waiters. They were busy taking care ladies table and ignored my boyfriend's table totally!! You not spending your money for those Terrible arrogant service!! RUDE!RUDE!! NEVER recomand

Terrible customer service!!! The waiter prefer female customers only I guess. Male customers were NOT WELCOME!!at all!!! What a ignorant waiters works there!! Even Give ONE star is such a waste!!!
