Danelli's Italian And Pizzeria

Ordered a large pizza from Danelli's for the first time on September 22nd. Got the pizza home and the crust was totally burnt and the cheese looked like the pizza had been sitting there for three or four hours, which it wasn't cause I had to wait five to ten minutes for it upon my arrival. The pizza looked like a Jack's pizza you get at Walmart in the frozen food section. I immediately called and complained about the poor quality of the pizza and told them how disappointed I was. Owner, Chris told me he would take care of it and refund the price I paid for the pizza. After a week I had to call again and ask where the refund was.
