First visit to Daniel H. and unfortunately very unhappy with our waiter. First they forgot our reservation, but immediately they left a table that was fine. But then our waiter seemed very stressed from the beginning, not ready to show a kindness or at least smile a little. When I asked if we could have a bottle of tap water, he gave us a strange look that mentioned that they usually don't do it, and from then on I had the feeling that he didn't like us as guests and that we are not welcome. My second visit to Daniel H. (early evening, March 1) was so disrespectful. Upon entering, the bartender seemed to give an acknowledgement as he heard the door open, but once inside it was though I did not exist! I went straight up to the bar and I received no attention from the bartender or to say he would be right with me (there were only 5-6 other people on the bar seating side of the business, only one of which was ordering a beverage.) When entering the bartender seemed to give a confirmation when he heard the door open, but once inside it was when I did not exist! Daniel H is located approximately between the storage compartment and the old barracks on a small road. This alternative bar/café has a beautiful bar with stools, high stools and tables in one corner, a back room with sofas and padded chairs and a fireplace and another room that reminds me of a small country café. The menu consists of snacks, desserts, sweets, sandwiches, special meats and other seasonal Swiss delicacies. There are pictures and paintings along the wall as well as deer heads. the daniel h. bar is a cozy place for the evening drink. in the summer with a small but fine garden, in which grilladen are served, in the colder season the bar with its urban cozyness impresses. at the weekend it is the ideal place to invite the party. during the week, delicious meals are also served in the small, added ate.We had the daniel h. bar as catererer for a high time. the catering was well organized and all the guests were full of praise. from eating through the organization to the service everything was very professional, healthy, extremely tasty and the festive frame accordingly.

It is a very nice local bar and small restaurant. I often go to an after-work drink. The interior is very creative. Very different from other places. The guests are mixed, but also gay. More than 15 years to work well. I can really do it for a drink after work or then very busy late night. We should have more places like these in Zurich.
