We tried the lunch special, which included shrimp with Chinese vegetables and white rice, General Tso's chicken with pork fried rice, and sesame chicken with fried rice. We also ordered two wonton soups, one sweet and sour soup, an extra egg roll, and two ice creams for dessert. The total bill for the three of us, including the tip, was just $66! That’s an incredible price for generous portions and high-quality food!
Everything tasted just as fantastic as it did 30 years ago when we first went! I'm thrilled to have such a lovely sit-down restaurant with excellent service and delicious food. Congratulations, Danny, you’re still the best!
What attentive service from the minute we walked in! A friend found this place, which I didn't know about at all. We all took take out containers home because lunch special portions were generous. There is also a hibachi set up, although we ordered off their regular lunch menu. I want to come back during dinner and try other dishes. There are only two rest rooms, but they're clean and maintained. This neighborhood place is worth traveling down to from other places.
Poor customer service. Came to pick up my order and the host denied me to sit in the restaurant and eat my food because I order over the phone. I am a customer and should’ve had no problem sitting to eat my lunch. It was not busy and they had a lot of open tables. The host did nothing to accommodate me. Food was average and expensive. Lunch special doesn’t even come with a drink. Do not recommend.
I ordered boneless ribs with extra sauce, but I ended up with dry, jerky ribs that I had to spit out—they were that dry. When I called to complain, they suggested I should ask them not to overcook them next time. Seriously? I never received the extra sauce either. I won’t be ordering from there again.

The restaurant is very clean and spacious, and the service was excellent. We visited on a holiday, but our order didn’t take long to arrive. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable as well. I would definitely come back to this restaurant.
Small plates, if your hungry this place it's not for you, food taste could be better, ambiance ok, decent prices for the small portions. Much better places out there. Complementary parking in the back of the restaurant a plus.
Really delicious spot. The general tso chicken and beef broccoli was fresh with great authentic flavor. Yummy chinese food spot. Also have tapenyaki side.
The new owners here are doing this place justice. Food and service is like the old Danny’s Cheers
