First experience this summer at Mercury Sophia , and second to der der at Mercury Sophia for Halloween !! Very well thought out and realized. We were served by Cedric both times and it was each time the same pleasure! Only regret that the menu is not changed between the two experiences or even a dish! I recommend the establishment and concept to live a human and personal experience by feasting on taste buds. Thanks to the server guides for their skills throughout the service. A perfect and very friendly welcome has been made every time by Anaelle Busnel Merci et bravo !! Isabelle
An incredible experience! Human, social and personal. The concept is perfectly well thought out and implemented, the staff is really top. Our guide was soft, with a lane, reassuring in the dark. The dish was delicious. My only « regret » (which is more a suggestion) is that they do not make statistics at the end to know the percentage of recognition of the different ingredients!
