During this promotion, all skill-based ticket games are marked as "Out of Order." These games are among the most enjoyable ones available, so it was disappointing to see them unavailable. The remaining options consist only of non-ticket arcade games and ticket games with unfavorable payout schedules, like Cyclone Stacker. While I understand this might make sense from a business standpoint, it’s unacceptable that it’s not clearly communicated in their marketing that many popular games will be intentionally unavailable during this promotion. After being seated by a hostess, it took over 30 minutes for anyone to assist us at our table. When our server finally arrived, we felt compelled to order everything at once since we had no idea when we would see her again. Our beers seemed to be forgotten or simply overlooked; it took about 25 minutes to receive our drinks, which were just bottled beers brought from a cooler a mere ten feet away. In fact, we received our appetizers before our drinks even arrived! What’s more, the place wasn’t busy at all – in fact, I’ve never seen a Dave and Buster’s so empty. I visited this restaurant for food and dessert, and I was surprised to find that there were only two families dining while more than 40 tables and booths sat empty. When I requested to sit in a booth, the host told me, "No, we reserve those for parties of six." I couldn't help but think, given how empty the place was, why I couldn't sit in a booth instead of a table. This experience really soured my mood and left a negative impression on me. Had a great experience. Service was the best I've received at any of the Dave and busters, and one of the best I've had in a long. My server Chris was more than helpful with me and my family. He made my daughters birthday one to remember. Hoping tocome back for my sons birthday next month! Games were fun but a little pricy and many were not working. Hoping to have theirwings and fries next time, was unable to since the fryers were down.

A very fun time! Lots of different games and activities for all age levels. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because this particular location had a lot of games that were out of service. My son also lost a lot of coins trying to get games to work.

Some of the machines deducted credits without functioning, but I didn't pursue a refund (I’m sure they would have helped). One of the bartenders wasn’t dressed appropriately for a family-friendly environment, and the food was just average.
