The server we had said he was newer but we kept wondering why staff would put a newer guy on a table of 20+ people for a kids birthday party. We were stuck at the table wondering where he was, where the food for the first person that ordered was and why everyone else got their food first. I think if he was new he shouldn’t have been a server at our table, we are all generous and happy very easy going people and that dude ruined all the adults night. Every adult complained to me (the party host) about the service and why it was so confusing and hard to get his help. I was told by many adults they didn’t tip because they felt like he just didn’t help us all like he should have been able to at that level. Mind you we were the biggest party but the only party. I chose the less busy time in the restaurant for a reason. We all tried to be polite and take turns and keep the bills Separate for his sake. He told me when we got there that he was new still and was going to need some help with keeping up and on my head I’m like I came to a place that would help provide service to feed people and get drinks so I didn’t have to navigate that on top of a group of people and kids in a restaurant. The other staff that helped him out was really nice and knew right away an answer or got something we asked for and came back immediately. We all wish that the lady with the glasses was our server instead because it was total chaos when it came to the service. It really sucks because I think it impacted all our friends decision to come back again. 99% of the adults and kids (basically everyone but my partner and I and my child) had never been there and were so excited to finally get a chance to go. But unfortunately I think parties or big group tables will be a no go for us for awhile if not forever there. The games were a blast (the ones working) . The gifts are always cool. And the kiosk took more time to load a card than waiting in line at the front desk to get some. Hope this helps you
