Dave Buster's Whitehall

We’ve been to this location a few times and this time the food was not as good as it was previously. The tomatoes on my salad were mushy, my husband didn’t get the dry rub on his wings that he ordered, one of our kids said the Mac n cheese tasted weird (it had a chemical taste to it) it was all just meh. Our server was super woman the hostess station kept overwhelming her with tables (sounds like they were understaffed) and she did her best to keep up with them. We LOVE half price game day on Wednesdays so we may still come for the games but will eat somewhere else beforehand.

We waited 15 minutes before having to ask someone to bring us some water. After that, a random worker came over to take our order because our server was too busy but we saw him helping every other table around us. Then we only got half of our food and when our server came to check on us the one time he did, he asked if we needed boxes before we even had all of our food. Horrible experience and will never go back. Staff is terrible and food isn’t much better

As a group we were very pleased with our service, food and atmosphere the staff was very good and professional. My granddaughter had an awesome time at her little birthday party. Thanks for making her day memorable

eating was quite good and very fresh. the only complaint I would have is that it is a bit loud in the escaping area, had some difficulty placing our order, but in addition it was a fantastic experience.

I was very impressed with the speed of service and how quickly we were seated on a Saturday night. The food was good and we didn't have to wait too long to play in the arcade.

Food was good. We did have to keep looking for our waitress. The kids had a blast playing the games. Pricey

It was crazy busy, but the staff at Dave and Buster's kept everything together, especially the managers.
