Awful customer service. I placed an order online through their website to the Coventry location. The computer for whatever reason wasn’t pushing the orders through. I’d already been waiting for 15 minutes before the woman working at the counter figured out what the problem was. Since I placed the order online, I wasn’t able to cancel it from the store, and the woman said she didn’t know how to. I then had to proceed and wait for another 20 minutes to get my order. When she handed it to me, she said “this isn’t my fault, I don’t know why it wasn’t pushing the orders through, I’m not responsible for this.” Then literally threw my food at me and walked away. It?s impossible not to enjoy a toasted sandwich from ???????????????? '???? ???????????????????????? ????????????????, and they have plenty of options. My favorite is The Incredible Dave sandwich with chicken, vegetables, herbs and their signature sauce.The customer service is always pleasant and I love the vintage rock band decor posted around the dining area. I love havinglunch here a few times a month. Thanks team ????????

I ordered a Reuben sandwich and it was terrible – mostly fat and very unappetizing. I could only manage to eat two bites before throwing the rest away. The price was also very high at $32 for three sandwiches, and they were not generous with the fillings or toppings. Overall, the meal was disappointing and I would not recommend wasting your money here.

I can?t believe we ordered two original subs as wraps? waited TWO HOURS through door dash, and received literally everything but the wrap itself. We literally received everything that goes INSIDE of the wrap?.and the receipt LITERALLY says wraps?.. I triedcalling 5x, no answer. Terrible business. Reserva una mesa ahora

They’ve stopped adding pickles. I paid for the extra pickle as well and still got 0. Should have 4 pickles and I have none :(No pickles last few times. You suck Dave. Your special sauce is just Italian dressing you’re not fooling

There was barely any meat in my sub, with an overabundance of lettuce and cheese. The Thousand Island sauce tasted more like Subway's sweet onion sauce. Disappointing.
