We stopped here to eat because it was close to a prior appointment that afternoon in the neighborhood. Really delicious food, we tried the cajun shrimp appetizer, the fish and and chips, and the bangers and mash for dinner. Everything was first rate. Our server was great but we did have to wait a bit to get her attention. It didn't seem overly crowded but they may also be experiencing staff shortages as so many are these days. A little more room between the tables would have bumped the atmosphere rating to five stars. We could clearly hear the conversations at the tables around us. Overall we were happy with our visit and will definitely go back if we are in the area in the future.
Was in town for a wedding and googled Irish pubs. This place had great reviews, so I ubered over. The entrance is confusing, and I walked in the wrong door. Ended up in the middle of the bar. The place was packed at 5:30 on a Friday. I soon found out why. I ordered their burger and corn beef sandwich with steak fries and a beer. It was delicious The wait staff was attentive and helped each other out, and the price was very reasonable. My sandwich, fries, beer, and cocktail were under $50. This popular local spot NEVER disappoints! Go for a pint, the company, the friendly bartenders, or the food all good! The salmon salad and grilled salmon fish were both excellent there the other night! You will also enjoy burgers, fish n chips, or anything else. (The only thing missing for me is a better white wine selection.

It's ok. The bar is always crowded and a bit loud. Standard Irish food. Decor is a little sad and could use some updating.
Daveys has the BEST wings in the Upper Bergen County area, HANDS DOWN. And the homemade blue cheese is so delicious.
