I would like to see more consistency in both quality and portion sizes. I would have rated it four stars otherwise. I visited the restaurant twice. The first time, I had the whole fish, which was delicious, and the sides were fresh and abundant. However, during my second visit, I ordered the salmon, which was just okay—it was a bit too oily for my taste. I chose mixed vegetables and plantains as sides, but I noticed the vegetables were not fresh and were rather dull. The atmosphere also felt less vibrant compared to my first visit. I’m willing to give it another try and hope they improve their consistency in quality and portion sizes. Thank you.
I ordered online. If you google dc charbroiled chicken and try to order online, it says that the business prefers for you to order from a website called ordersave.com. That is incorrect. When I got to the restaurant and told them where I entered my order, but they had no idea what I was talking about. I had to wait for them to make my order when I was told that it would be ready 15 minutes prior. I didn’t really have time to wait so I wanted to cancel my order. They didn’t know how to do that either. No one apologized. I was told not to order from that website the next time. Next time I’ll go to Pollo Cabana.
The Peruvian rotisserie chicken is delicious, but it was a little dry. It seems like I might have been served a piece that was reheated from the previous night. The sides were quite salty, perfect for those who enjoy a salty flavor, but overall still tasty. I wouldn't recommend bringing my family here unless you're prepared for some potential extra medical bills. The staff was friendly, but they seemed intimidated by the short, non-Hispanic owner who kept a close eye on them wherever they went.
The customer service is not good unless you are Hispanic. I have given this place about about three chances. They are very money hungry. Depending on the day you may or may not get greeted when you walk through the door. I was being rushed and there was no one in line behind me. They did not explain their specials to me. I ended up paying for 1/4 chicken meal when on Tuesday?s it?s the same price for 1/2. They gave me a dried up piece of chicken and are very skimpy with

I know there's many places to have Peruvian style rotisserie chicken. Not sure why this is different, a spice or time the chicken is marinated. This is probably the best chicken I've had. Most other places are heavy of the smoky flavor. This has very minimal smoky taste which I prefer. They have many side option. I just opted to have chicken alone without sides. I got nachos with steak. Now I thought the steak would be more strip cuts. It was more small diced morsels.

If you are looking for ng to breakfast the o'clock stood alone diner in the same plaza is amazing and the college park diner on Baltimore ave... this is just a few minutes away... BOTH gives you a great ALL AMERICAN food experience to take home with enough!
I can honestly say I will not return here. Should have stuck to my first choice. A little over price for the amount of food you get. I guess they give or serve certain things or amount to certain people and I just came on a bad day. Food wasn't all that fresh either. Chicken was so small and they charge extra and don't tell you until you look on your receipt. Customer service there isn't so great either.
The Grill in Suffolk, VA, the food was delicious, seasoned, and the chicken was moist. A little pricey for the portion sizes. I will go back and try the whole wings.

I always make sure to get the yuka when I drop by the place. Every item they have is delicious so you won't go wrong with any selection.
