Auf unserer Rückreise von Fribourg suchten wir an der Strecke etwas zu essen, la Neuveville sah im vorbeifahren hübsch alt aus und so schafften wir es irgendwie ins Dorf, die Auswahl war nicht gross wir fanden 3 Restaurants und das New Croix-Blanche sah nett aus, die Karte übersichtlich.Die Sprachbarriere wurde mit viel Herzlichkeit, Händen und Füssen und anderen Gästen schnell überwunden.Wir entschieden uns für Burger und lagen damit goldrichtig. Gutes Fleisch, tolle Buns, alles gut kombiniert. Kein Schikimicki ,sondern einfach gute Burger. Wir bestellten einen mit Frittes und einen mit Salat, am Ende hatten wir beide Frittes und einen sehr leckeren Salat Brot. Zur fairen Rechnung von gerad...
We discovered this charming little village restaurant through the gourmet passport. We ate excellent filet mignon with morels, home fries! The staff and the owner are very pleasant! Nothing to complain about, not to mention the more than reasonable prices, which are increasingly rare these days. The only point, which is not a negative point however, would be the proximity between the tables perhaps a little tight. But they have already done their best, and we can't push the walls : . We highly recommend this establishment.
A very small restaurant in an old neighborhood. A superb terrace, shame of the road nearby but it is not too rolling and at 20 km/h so it does not bother too much. The welcome is friendly from a young and dynamic team. Small menu with local products is great. On the plate it was very good and the cooking was good too. The presentation of the plate was not at its best. They could improve this point but otherwise everything is good. Well done and thank you
