De La Gare Chez Sandro

We were staying over the weekend in Le Locle on a bike holiday and chose Chez Sandro due to good rating but hadn't read the reviews. We were very pleasantly surprised and had not expected such a great restaurant in the village. Really excellent food. We had the gourmet menu and enjoyed a very fine scampi starter followed by some lovely beef. Service and wine list also excellent.

This restaurant offers a very good choice of dishes, the quality of the products is irreproachable, the cooking is well mastered and the presentation is superb. staff is efficient and very helpful. the presence of the bosses is remarkable, the hosts are very well welcomed. an establishment or one is at ease. To recommend without reservation.

family meals. amazing and fresh dishes, fresh pasta with truffles a feast, frog thighs from the region, everything is local and excellent! one of the best addresses in French-speaking Switzerland!
