If you are looking for a hotel full of charm, stop at La Houle, in Saint-Briac. Fred's smile and good humor will welcome you there. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and carefully decorated. Breakfast served at the table is served in a jazz atmosphere. Everything is fresh, baguette, croissant, pain au chocolat and the orange juice is freshly squeezed. It was our first time and certainly not the last!

Un restaurant atypique sur Saint Briac ou le poisson cru est sa spécialité. Nous avons apprécié le mélange des saveurs et la qualité des plats dans un cadre très sympathique. Une carte réduite mais tout est frais. Bon accueil et une bonne table.
cuisine originale de qualité, ceviche, tataki... thon mi cuit excellent bien présenté, copieux nous y reviendrions avec plaisir pour mieux découvrir la carte
