After running the restaurants on Google Maps, I remembered that it was open in the evening. We arrived early enough, but without having booked, the chef and boss still welcomed us and we have a wonderful meal full of flavors and fragrances. Meals accompanied by two glasses of Romanée-Conti Chezeaux , red wine of Languedoc well known to the boss A salad entrance of Everything or nothing delicious full of subtle fragrances and harmony of flavors. The dishes, a falsified, perfectly successful saignant net and a reddish net accompanied by small purée or slightly cooked vegetables and a small gratin of potato. A dessert plate with blueberries and fresh strawberries, peach sorbet on speculos emia...

A little surprising first because no sign, the menu is not displayed... But a really delicious cuisine, beautiful combination of flavors, well presented dishes. Very nice waitress. Really to discover...
