De La Quillane - Reserva de mesa

Fue una cena expectacular, un steak tartar delicioso y muy abundante, el magret de pato , en su punto y el postre , el mejor para degustar una variedad de pastelitos. Muy buen servicio amables y atentos. Una sugerencia : estaría bien que unas tostadas de pan acompañarán al steak tartar.

A stopover on the way back of the holidays we enjoyed Asian specialties are excellent, an outdoor terrace on the edge of the river in the shade and all in an authentic brewery decor. A quick, friendly service and a family feeling without a chichi.

The food is copyy, hearty dishes that are appreciated, acceptable drink and with a bottle of water included. The only disadvantage I would point out is that you don't have the feeling of being well received. But for everything else correct.

Nice little brewery on the edge of Aude. Simple but effective kitchen. The only flat was the hygiene of the sanitary that is deplorable.
