Set meal lunch at €19 for two courses was great value. Food was good restaurant quality rather than many of the lunchtime offerings in the area. Comfy chairs , well spaced out tables and table size was generous. You really feel that they are trying for a Michelin star. ..So why only four stars..Well service was excellent except we ordered for a carafe of water and only got it after asking twice more and that was halfway through the meal..Something a food critic would pick up on!

Food was acceptable but not above average. Service was much slower than average due to limited staff, who were all pleasant. Atmosphere was not appealing, except for view of Bishop's chateau and cathedral in daylight hours. I can't recommend it, sorry.

I loved the meal, the presentation in the plate is very pretty, the very warm welcome. An extra beef tartare followed by a tataki of delicious tuna and to finish a beautiful blueberry pie, I have enjoyed myself.

The location is magical. The service is fine. The quality of the food also but there is a lack of greenery and/or vegetables. In the beef paved plate... there was only one cherry tomato. I recommend the place.

Wonderful Normandy cuisine, modern/understated surroundings with nice views over 'Eveche ' gardens, very professional staff.
