Ususally get good service, today was really disappointing though. Had a small order. Gluten free pie, chicken tenders x2 a salad. Took an hour and 40 mins.. not the end of the world, I don't think they told me there would be an extended wait... but maybe I missed it, np. The food was delivered cold..... still not worth writing a review mistakes happen, although still frustrating. But the kicker is after an hour and 40 minutes I got the food only to find out they had forgotten the salad... the gentlemen did apologize when he arrived and I think they sent someone right over. But not an offer of a future discount or refund for the salad, cmon, we waited over 2 hours to eat.
Food was below mediocre. Pizza was floppy after asking it to be crisp. Service was horrible, idk who it was but it was some short fat woman in the front who was extremely rude and treated the staff horribly. She walked away for a bit and I tried talking to the guy who was making my pizzas and he was also extremely rude. I will never be going back and I advise everyone to not go here
I was Happy to do a Food Review on their Wings and I enjoy them my Father grew up in the Development behind the Strip and I always feel great coming and seeing all these faces I haven’t seen in Years, The Veal is Delicious the pizza is great and the Employees are Family Friends they Catered my Uncles Services and I wanna thank them for being so Nice and Caring for that.
It was my first time ordering, and I had a great experience. The customer service was excellent. Although some of my food arrived incorrectly, they quickly brought the right items and allowed me to keep the wrong ones. The personal Hawaiian pie was delicious! The staff member I spoke with was friendly, cheerful, and understanding. Keep up the good work!

I happened to be in that shopping plaza and decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations! The cleanliness and decor felt outdated. I ordered a meatball sub, and it was really disappointing. The meatballs were mushy—not tender, just mushy—and there was no flavor at all. I would recommend finding somewhere else to eat.
My family and I have been dining at Demarco's and using their catering services for thirty years. We have never been disappointed. The food is incredible and the service is always friendly and attentive. The Demarco family is truly wonderful.

they recently remodeled and it looks so much better and open. Food is still good. will keep coming back when I'm in West Milford (Hewitt).
