Terrible... arrived on a long bike ride... A friend of mine was waiting for other cycling companions at the roundabout 100 meters away and I wanted to bring him a cold Coca-Cola as it was under the 36 degree sun. I ask at the counter for 2 cokes. I ask him if I can bring one to my friend. He takes them both and puts them back in the fridge. I also told him, since the bottles were made of glass, that I would take it back immediately as soon as it was empty, he said no. The very arrogant and disinterested way of doing things to satisfy the customer

Can we give 0? Because I've never seen a bar combining non-cleanliness, service and hospitality of the boss as deplorable. The latter attacks customers who go to the toilet twice in the afternoon when he did not see that they were consumers!! Maybe you should consider a conversion.
