I'm here twice now, once for floorless brunch and another time for dinner. my favorite dishes are the gruyere cheese souffle and the homemade brot. the broth is so silly and salty that I love it. we also ordered the fish for pornstars who was beautiful but not excellent. the skin was not crispy. the bark cheek was soft, but could have tasted more. the brunch selection was better than what we have chosen, I really remember the cured salmon and caramelized wobbles.

One of our local favourites its definitely DEAD RINGER. It’s just up the road from us on Bourke Street in Surry Hills, really close to Taylor Square! One of the reasons it’s on our favourites list is because the menu changes all the time. This means you can keep going back and trying out new dishes! Another thing we love about the menu is how creative it is… you just need to look at the ingredients in each dish and how it’s been put together!

very interesting cocktails and good wine list. the service was great and had good knowledge of their products. the blue makrele was well balanced, so was the smoked mozzarella. the crimped chicken was moist and great. the bark was, however, somewhat disappointing to be a non-event. although eating was good, it is not a place I would go to eat again and again, but for cocktails a beautiful little place

Very cosy and charming spot for a Friday or Saturday evening dinner : staff were welcoming and friendly. However, the only slight negative was we waited about 40min between our first plate and the second. The tiger prawns were on the medium sized dish menu, but only had 2 prawns. So I would suggest ordering it as a small dish. Everything else was delicious. Hanger Steak was probably our fav!
