We typically dine at Decibel Korean Fried Chicken every couple of weeks, and the food is usually outstanding. Unfortunately, during our last visit, we ordered the tender combo, kimchi, and a mozzarella stick, and everything arrived ice cold. The chicken was so chilled that the skin was falling off, the kimchi lacked sauce and was mostly just cabbage, and the mozzarella stick was as hard as a children's string cheese. To make matters worse, we received the wrong sauces, and the fries were so tough they felt more like bread than potatoes. I'm not sure if the recipes have changed, but we were really disappointed!
