Dedalus Wine Shop, Market Wine

We had the loveliest time here! We visited for their charcuterie workshop on a Sunday afternoon, and it was such a nice way to spend the afternoon. We got there early and were greeted by the most friendly workshop host/Dedalus employee, Brittany. They were still in the process of setting up the class, so we walked over to their little store/gift shop. I could've looked around in there for hours! They had so many unique and interesting things panettone, gourmet chocolates, tin fish, meats, cheeses, gift boxes for the holidays, and much much more.The workshop we took was wonderful. Such a wonderful Sunday night with my friends this past September. Wonderful options for small plates to share a fun selection of wines! We loved the half priced oysters cheese board. The BUTTER offering- just wow. Our waitress helped us pick the best wines for our individual tastes made the evening so lovely! I loved the chance to shop around the retail store after our early dinner and talk to the sommelier. I wish I lived close by so I could visit more often! Such a fantastic experience, give them a visit!!

The oysters were incredibly sweet and the wine list curated by Liza for the Beaujolais celebration on November 17th took our breath away. Our server Neville was dead on with his wine suggestions and food pairings. We were blown away by the quality of the food and wine and the knowledge and expertise of the folks working tonight.

Dana in the deli had the best suggestions. She helped us pick out a beautiful atypical salami and seasonal funky soft cheese to be the accents on our holiday charcuterie board.
