The last few times we have been here the service has been awesome and they have always been happy to cater for my daughter who is anaphylactic to all nuts. My poor 8 year old daughter had to sit around watching her cousins all eat their food while she waited for her grilled chicken and “mashed potato” slop to be served. We had a last minute booking for 18 people due to the poor weather ruining our Easter catch up outdoors (includes 10 kids). The staff were amazing, so kind and attentive! We were accidentally brought one incorrect kids meal during a busy time I told the waitress it was okay my son can still have it, but the manager quickly rushed over and they both insisted on bringing us exactly what we ordered apologised for their mistake. Even under the pressure they were so kind helpful, not rude like other places can be during their busy/stressful periods. My own meal was the Greek salad with a side of barramundi. It was a bowl of salad with a dry piece of barramundi on top, without a lemon wedge. It was difficult to eat and the barramundi was dry. Furthermore, we observed that the queue of people waiting to place orders was getting longer, and the line was moving very slowly. People were standing in line for at least 20 minutes just to order food. My kids wanted to order more, but we were not willing to wait in such a long queue.
We had a booking or 9, when I called to change the number to 13 I couldn't as I was told they were all booked. The lady on the phone was quite rude. So the other guests luckily were able to still dine in the sports bar before an event where we could be together as a group. They only provided us with 8 chairs at our table.

The meals have become disgusting. Powdered potatoes for a start . Raw vegetables and the size is ridiculous Seriously thinking of eating elsewhere
We were 7 on the table food did not came out to gather it was the one that did her first order which it came last ….not so good !!
Great venue. large tv's in several areas, enough pokies, large bistro, good prices and food esp for seniors. Plenty of parking.
