After reading some average reviews, I was a bit unsure about booking at this restaurant. However, we decided to book a table for 8 for lunch and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The bistro wasn't too crowded, the food was fresh, flavorful, and surpassed my expectations. The staff were very accommodating and even stored our birthday cake in the fridge until we were ready to cut it. As a result of this wonderful experience, we have also booked a Christmas Day lunch. We will definitely be returning. Kudos to the staff at DPH for a job well done.
Roslyn, Leanne, and the staff at Deer Park Function and Bistro are amazing! I brought a group of 100 people to the hotel based on my previous positive experiences with Roslyn at another hotel. They always go above and beyond to accommodate our needs and never hesitate to help. The food is fantastic and it is a pleasure to do business with this staff regularly as we visit the hotel twice a week. Lynn B. Spence
Nice little pub in a neat bush like location in Deer Park.<br/ <br/ There is a nice bistro with a nice little beer garden outside. We order a chicken parma and a steak sandwich which were both quite nice. Pretty enjoyable meal and they also help cater for kids by offering coloring in books and pencils.
The service at this restaurant was excellent. I went there to celebrate a 50th birthday and the setup was beautiful. The salmon dish was outstanding. I want to thank the lovely ladies Lee and Rouli for the amazing service they provided.

Love how each day they have specials going on. We came in on the Wednesday and parma's were $10 each. 5 choices to choose from which was interesting. Best Parma I've had in a very long time, quantity and quality. 10/10.

Coming down from the other side of Melbourne and would have to say it was very enjoyable coming to this pub, food and service was excellent.
We had a great dinner with yummy steak and chicken parmia. The chef and staffs are fabulous. Good job dph
