Deers Leap Winery

The food, wine and service are great. My father and I had their signature Weinburger, we both loved it, and my mother had the appetizer sampler and she really liked it. I also tried the Berry Blast carbonate wine and it was very delicious. The table behind us got the berry cream wine mud, it looked delicious, I look forward to trying it on a future visit. We stayed there on a Friday night and there was live music, really enjoyed this bonus. The only criticism I have for the entire experience is the outside of the winery needs better lighting both in the building and in the parking lot and it must be a signage at both entrances of the parking lot with lights on the part with the winery name. If I hadn't researched Google cards before our trip and saw that there were entrances, we would never have found it at night, we drove past it for the first time and I had to insist that we go to the unlit area to find it. When we found the parking lot, there were almost no outdoor lighting and the winery looked honestly closed. The parking lot was very dark and felt a little insecure, but we made it to the mostly unilluminated terrace entrance and went inside, everything after that was great until we went back to the black parking lot. We went through Rt. 534 side, where I saw that she had a sign with an electronic part, but again there were no lights showing on the part of the sign with the name of the winery, which made it hard to find in the night. I really like the food and wine and will go back to future trips, but PLEASE light your shield so that people can find you and illuminate your parking.

Yes, the decor is dated and there is no glimpse of rolling vineyards, but their fruit wines are fabulous and the food is quite good, especially for the price. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. If you're looking for pleasure, it's not your place. If you are looking for great wine, good food and quality service, then check them.

Great place. We all loved it. Morgan was friendly and welcoming and laughed at our bad jokes. The wines were good. We bought a canoli, but it looked so good that all three of us bought a canoli. Chocolate dipped with a cloud of something. You have a fenced terrace that we would like to enjoy in the summer!

Wine is excellent. There was 29. August, the band wanted to accept no wishes that was disappointing. Had a good time anyway, the atmosphere is very welcoming.

Love this wine all, do all my friends. The winery is not really busy or crowded, which is really nice. The foods are not great. But the wine is the best!!!
