On Thursday April 11th 2013, at 14:45, I went in the restaurant to have lunch with my wife. the hostess was very rude and refused to give us a table in a spot of our choice. she told us to be happy she is not placing us outside the restaurant. When we said that we will not accept her choice and we would leave, her answer was: 'tant pis' which means 'I don't care'. this needs to change URGENTLY. We went to 'El Rancho' in the same centre. We will never go back to Del'arte.
It is difficult to find a not good italian restaurant, but this is one. A lot of servers, but they are not helpfull and huge lack of attention to your orders. There are a lot of dirty dishes and cups. The menu is a standard one. That's was a bad experience to me.
This restaurant has very rude servers and hostess. The food is over priced and underwhelming. There were tables open but because we had children we had to wait until a table was ready in the back of the restaurant...per the hostess.
I've visited this restaurant the first day I've arrived in Velizy. I had to wait a few minutes to get a table, but after I was promptly served. The pizza was average but overpriced for the quality presented. Reserva una mesa ahora
Nothing to say except this restaurant is matching perfectly with is environment department stores and offices. Too costly for what we have to eat.
Had their burrata and pasta with salami. Have to say it was best food had in velizy ：) tho it's still far away from the real Italian thing.
Let me just say that the waiter was awesome and took care of usBut then again its because he was the only one that spoke English.
