Hello, We visited this restaurant on Saturday 29 June 2023 in order to have a good time with friends. We had previously made a reservation, for 35 people. Obviously this was accepted. The very kind server took our orders despite the world. Until then everything went well. Certain being tired had left the restaurant earlier taking the time to go to the crate. This is the fact that things don’t necessarily go well that day it seems that the on-site manager wasn’t happy, it is particularly unpleasant by pestivating. Either ... certain of us have eaten until 1h30 their pizza or dough. Extremely optimistic we kept the smiles. I am one of the last to be gone I go to the crate and realize that actually the cashier who is also responsible has not pleasant or attentive to what I tell him. And at the end he tells us that he misses 97€ we ask him how it is possible he tells us on a condescend that some of our friends have left without pay. What we find surprising. We let him know that the waiting time was long and the crisis is about are the ones here "though I can do what with a reservation of 35 people! Next time I'm the director it's not possible! "I found it highly inappropriate to reject the fault on the customer and made us settle it is 97€ with a 20% discount while he didn’t take the time to consult his team to find out if someone in the meantime hadn’t done any cash, accusation that I find really shocking without any checks being done! While it was the case!Since some of us had been cashed by a young woman with blond hair. We have made these rules in order not to create a scandal but for the next I urge you to check your note. Visibly it is disturbing to make bookings of large tabloid the restaurant does not manage the affluence damage .... After the Crisis Period we all experienced.
