I expected to have another pleasant experience or better instead it was lack luster. It started off well our server seemed warm and friendly. We ordered our food which came out fairly quickly. However during dinner our server seemed to have disappeared. She never came back to refill drinks and only appeared to present the person of honor with Birthday cake. We decided to celebrate our anniversary with choosing a new spot, so we made reservations at pm on When we got there the hostess asked what time our reservation was for and she stated she didnât have anywhere for anybody to be seated. It sounded crazy because thatâs the whole point of a reservation. We werenât seated until pm. Our waitress was nice. We ordered the cheesesteak egg rolls for an appetizer, which took min to come out. Great food but horrible service! Our waiter had to do our bill over times because he kept charging sides that we didnât purchase. Also water is per bottle which I thought was outrageous. We dine at fine dining restaurants regularly and have never had some a horrible experience with service.
Our server was super nice and tried his best to get us everything but everything took too long table wasnât ready and we had a reservation that was confirmed by call on hour before we showed up. Drinks took forever food took forever. We were there over hours.

I did not enjoy my experience at Del Friscos. The service was okay but the food was not great. We waited a while and when it did finally come out it wasnât hot. I wasnât impress and didnât enjoy the dining experience for my birthday. I will not return.
The service was awful. They were unprepared for the charcuterie board we ordered. They brought it after the salads. The filet mignon was a fatty flank steak. The wait staff didnât know anything about the wine we ordered nor did they know how to open it.
Stopped by after an event, wasn?t too crowded. Enjoyed the cheesesteak egg rolls. Server forgot our drinks, but he comped them. No one wore masks not even the servers. All staff was friendly and professional.
This location has become a overpriced apple-bees. They weee overbooked and the guests were loud and out of control. The food was microwaved at best

Lauren was amazing. Been many of times. Food was ok, not as top tiered as before, but I will go back. Customer service was everything.
Food took over an hour and waitress rarely checked on us.
