Del Mar Rendezvous

We dined at Pacifica while staying down the road in Del Mar. We had the crab cake appetizer which was a perfect start to our meal. Entrees were the halibut scallops. Halibut was definitely our favorite, there was a delicious sweet corn salad underneath. Scallops may have been cooked minute longer then we would have preferred but they were still delicious and served over black rice. We had to get the lemon tart for dessert with a perfectly prepared espresso martini- yum! Our server was very knowledgeable and respectful, we were his last table. We would definitely come back for a sunset sometime

From the moment we walked in the male host was very nice Erin the bartender was extremely nice and the other workers at the bar too. Great drinks and yummy shrimp cocktail. Our waitress was a woman really attentive and for as busy as she was still very nice. Made such a difference to enjoy our meals. Our dinners were over the top. Soooo delicious and perfectly cooked. Salmon and halibut dishes. Thank you for a great birthday dinner. We are going to frequent your restaurant often

We ordered take out from Del Mar Rendezvous while on vacation So I can't speak to the ambiance of the place but the food we had was pretty good.
