I used to come here everyday (almost) but the staff has become increasingly incompetent (even with online orders). 2 times they forgot my order and proceeded to give me the wrong order (which also cut into my worktime). I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant. The management and staff are underperforming, and the food often tastes stale or old. There are issues with handling money and food simultaneously without changing gloves, which is concerning. I've observed numerous violations during my visits. The wait time for food delivery is excessively long, and sometimes there are no condiments available. Additionally, their milkshake machine has been broken for weeks. I had a negative experience at your restaurant with one of your employees, a woman wearing a pink jacket, who threw the food on the counter. It seemed as though she was not treating customers well, particularly those of Asian descent. I suggest that the manager review the footage from November 3, 2023, between 12:00 PM and 12:11 PM. It might be beneficial for the manager to provide some additional training to her.
Triple disappointment: I eat at Del Taco every week since it's one of my favorite chains, so I'm really sad to say that this is the worst Del Taco I've ever visited. The taco shells were stale and had a cardboard texture. There was a hard piece of plastic in the lettuce. The fries were undercooked, ruining my $12 lunch. It could have simply been a matter of circumstance. With my background in food service, I know all too well how frequently restaurants function with limited staff to handle customer demand, even when they really need more help. I was especially keen to try this location because I’m intrigued by establishments with lower ratings. Ultimately, it’s a Del Taco — it was decent.
I used to go to this del taco every Thursday while working, the new assistant manager they hired is a girl I was talking to and in a short relationship with and since things weren’t on the best of terms she told me to never go there again, I have been threatened by her multiple times to have the police called and to be arrested, all because she works at that del taco
Absolutely the worst del taco. Usually in other city's the Del Tacos are awesome. Food is good and served quickly. But this walnut del taco typically the food is smaller in size? Tonight after 45 min waiting for 2 green burritos I gave up and left. I will never be back
