Del Taco - Reserva de mesa

This was my first time here. I told my bf let’s stop here for lunch since I had never tried it before. Customer service exceeding my expectations! Most fast food places are rude and just want to “get you out of their face” but the lady upfront was super nice. They messed up on my order but she ended up bring me out more tacos to make up for that! I didn’t know they didn’t have the “locos Doritos nachos” like Taco Bell. That’s the main reason I’m giving them 4 stars. If they would have that I would come here more often. Also the taco shell was alittle hard and stale. Are customer’s expected to check their food before leaving the restaurant? I ordered on the app, drove to pickup my food and drove home. When I got home I realized food was missing. Maybe the employee working the drive through was distracted when they were taking to the car in front of me for almost five minutes. Cheap food, cheap service….. Update, when I got home the second time I bit into the food. The inside of the chicken tenders were room temperature. I’m too tired to drive back after almost an hour after ordering.

It's a NO for me. Ordered a chicken burrito, got a beef. Called, finally someone answered and I explained the situation. Brought my receipt to correct my order and received another one with a big hole in it. The store was not busy at all. I'll just go to taco bell.

Occasionally dine in but it's mainly drive thru. The time in drive thru is fair. The food is always made to order, fresh and hot and always delicious. I always get the green bean burrito which is half a pound and the price is about 1.79...keeps me full all day. Reserva una mesa ahora

both eating and service here are amazing about what they would expect from an almost food restaurant. I've been here since her opening in 2014 and after all these years they were my favorite breakfast restaurant in columbus.

Love the grilled chicken soft tacos. They have the best taste. Pretty good sweet tea. Cheese nachos are good. Drive thru staff were polite and quick.

There Fish Tacos are delicious! I gave 4 stars because they are not consistent with how they are prepared. On this visit my whole order was perfect.

Cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been in. Service was phenomenal. I'd rate it higher, but they only go up to 5 stars.

This is always my go-to place. I love their grilled chicken tacos; they're fantastic for when I'm on a diet!
