I just visited the Del Taco on Vincent in West Covina, and I'm convinced the taco meat was spoiled or not stored properly. The meat had an awful odor, and now my upper lip is swollen after eating just half of a mini taco. I'm feeling sick and tried calling the location, but nobody answered. I don't know if anyone else has had such a terrible experience with the food at this fast food restaurant, but I definitely won’t be going back. I strongly recommend you think twice before eating there; the taco meat is bad, and they need to address this issue immediately!
Customer service is lacking. But to be quite honest, that stems from the low pay the management offers. So I don't really hold it against the workers. What I do have a problem with is how the management decides to train the employees an manage them. That is the problem.
I've never seen such small burritos and tacos at any Del Taco! Only visit this place if you're not hungry at all. There are no other customers here, and now I understand why—the locals are well aware!
Worst experience, drive-through cashier was rude. I called Del taco to speak with the manager, and no one answered the phone which was the fourth time !!! TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!

The food was delicious, and I celebrated my 41st birthday there. However, the management seemed to be displeased with a customer.
when they first opened a few years ago they burned my food never went back to that location
