The food is good here inexpensive as far as fast food Mexican goes but on my second visit here I received my side of tortilla chips as pictured in the photo of the bag- a big grease stained mess! I do understand that this is not health food and the chips weren't bad but there is something to be said for food presentation.
My mother is currently in a nursing home for hospice care and she wanted Tacos from here and absolutely loved her. She took 4 out of 5 tacos some frits washed it with the Strawberry Sprite, which is SO BOMB DEFINITELY ECOMMEND try if you don't.
I enjoy eating at Pollo loco I like the classic tostada chicken but I have gone several times and the chicken has been burned very disappointing for me I hope that they can improve on that chicken tostad.

This trip thru is usually quite busy, but it is definitely worth it. The staff was consistently friendly and accurate with our visit. You can't ask much than that.

They are open 24/7. The drive thru line was short. The staff were short tempered. The guacamole burrito only had guacamole on the very end.
