It seems like there might be some sort of scam going on at this restaurant. For the past month, they’ve been double charging customers for other people's orders. I found myself charged not only for my own meal but also for someone else's food, which they provided to me as if it were a complimentary extra. I decided to give them another chance, but this time the same thing happened to the car in front of me. If this were truly just an honest mistake, they wouldn't be handing out other people's orders to customers. It feels like they are intentionally making people pay twice to increase their profits. They must be running some sort of scam for past month. They have been double charging people for other people orders. I got charged for my order and someone else's food but they still gave me the other persons food to make it seem like I got freebies I guess. Then I thought I'd try them again and this time it happened to the car in front of me. If it was an honest mistake, they wouldn't be giving the other persons order to the individual. So they making people pay twice to get double the profit. Reporting this location to bbb. (This is only a recent development, past 2 months. Check your bank receipts people)
Del Taco offers many coupons through their app and they honor every one of them, treating them like written agreements. I even got a couple of tacos for free, and they were delicious. Their customer service goes above and beyond, providing great food at an excellent value. Their quality is as reliable as gold. Unlike @Priceline, which doesn’t honor its agreements, has a terrible app, and double charges customers, Del Taco truly stands out. Just my opinion.
Del Taco frequently offers coupons through their app, and they honor all of them, treating them like valid contracts. I had a few tacos for free, and they were excellent! The customer service is outstanding, the food is delicious, and the value is fantastic. Their service is top-notch, unlike what I experienced with Priceline, which has a poor app and doesn't honor their promotions as they should. Overall, I highly recommend Del Taco!

I had a brief break and happened to be nearby. It was 7:10 am, and the restaurant opens at 7:00 am. I walked in to place an order, but they were still setting up and opening the register. They informed me that it would be another ten minutes before I could order. I'm really disappointed. This reflects poor restaurant management and wasted my time.
The dinner experience was not clean, and the quality of the food was low, with the French cuisine feeling outdated. They can definitely improve. I will consider giving this place another chance next time. The manager is doing her job.
The lack of respect here is astounding. I can't believe it took 10 minutes to prepare two tacos and get a soda, especially when I was the only customer in the place. Why did it take so long?
Horrible customer service kid gave me attitude telling me I 'm cleaning after I tell him the dining room closes at 10pn then changed his story to we 're short staffed.

Had to tell them to wear gloves. Saw them making prepping and scooping the food and sides with bare hands. Refunded with no arguments. Very nice workers though :
