My husband and I are staying in Saint Aignan for two months. We have eaten at Delices D'Asie two times and the food was excellent on both occasions. It is a prettty, intimate restaurant and warm and inviting. The waitress did not speak English but...with our limited French we were able to order easily. My husband is a vegetarian and they offered him a very fresh and delicious salad, rice and vegetables and really good stir fried noodles. I'm used to good Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese restaurants and I'm always looking for a real good restaurant with these cuisines. For the time being, I find only pale, vaguely described copies as Asian, with maly-melo cards, dishes not bad but without more, in a kitch and overloaded decorum. This small restaurant is no exception, except the hallway room, our table facing the entrance that overlooks a large artery and just at the outskirts of the kitchen, the feet next to the noisy fan, and the pushy service pulls it down the middle. I didn't eat badly, but I won't go back.
Having found so many rave reviews on this site we were geared up for an excellent meal. We arrived, were warmly greeted and left standing. I asked for our table and were accommodated quickly. The menu was very limited and after a long wait our...very simple starters arrived. They were okay but I suspect were previously frozen! After a further wait of mins our mains arrived a plate of prawns in a thin onion soup on a small bit of lettuce. On the bright side the servers were very pleasant. We shall not return.
My husband and I joined Delices d'Asie with some visiting friends from The Netherlands. They walked by this fine restaurant earlier in the day, and caught a whiff of the delicious scent of garlic, and proposed that we have dinner there.Of course, we agreed, as...we'd eaten there several times ourselves! Everyone's plate was excellent as were the entrees. The owner is amicable, and came forward with suggestions for our beverages, and for our dessert. A wonderful dining experience!

We recently visited Saint Aignan and frequented Delices d'Asie. The food was exceptional with fresh and vibrant flavours. A favourite was the beef salad which was prepared freshly by the chef in full view and he is excellent in balancing the flavours of all fresh...herbs used. The owner is very friendly and we visited two nights in a row just to make sure we wouldn't miss out on the beautiful food.
Dear local friends took us out for dinner and we enjoyed the fresh food and the friendly service. The waitress was kind and helped with translation and individual requests, even using her tablet to make sure we understood what to expect. She recommended bo bun,...which was as delicious as she promised. We enjoyed the food and relaxing atmosphere. I'd love to return to try another entree!
Get here at opening time as there is only seating for people and gets full up quick. Better still make a reservation. The food was good but I thought a bit overpriced for such a small place in a small village. Not such a...wide choice of dishes but all freshly cooked. We had the scampi in ginger.
Had a Quick lunch here and the service was very friendly but the place simple. The fried spring rolls with fresh mint was great and the fried chicken in a asian sauce of some kind was very good, big portion of caramellized fried chicken Recomended

I wasn't expecting to find good Asian food in this small town, but I was pleasantly surprised. The dishes are freshly prepared in front of you by the chef with fresh ingredients.
Excellent food freshly prepared. Interesting seletion of dishes. Good value and friendly atmosphere.
