Location: 5min walk to Hoche metro . Suburb area that make you feel unsafe but don't be bothered by the people on the street, they don't harm or harass you. Surrounding: Many eateries and the best thing is there's a huge hypermarket right next room where you can fet all your food and stuffs at very affordable prices Service: Receptionist are all very friendly and helpful and they speak English Room: room is not huge but it's alright , instant coffee and tea are provided. Note: There's residue observed on your boiled water and was informed that's due to high limestone mineral in Paris water. Overall: we are happy with the stay

Despite the hot season and the lack of heating, the room is more than cold. In the same spirit the shower is also freezing, there is a problem known to the managers regarding the problem of hot water which has difficulty reaching the floors. The breakfast is complete and varied, just a downside when you arrive at peak time, restocking takes a long time. The location is ideal at the gates of Paris, the metro at the bottom of the building.

I had the opportunity to taste a formula at 7,20€ (sandwich/pâtisserie/boisson) a real delight. The bread is to crunch!! And the sublime pastries for the eyes and for the palace! I recommend this bakery/pastry!!! The formulas are very varied from sandwich, panini, quiche, pizza, hamburger and I certainly forget!!! A FAIR!!! Hâte d’y retour Warning closed on Mondays

Small rooms but equipped with every comfort. Right next to the metro and a shopping center, so convenient. Top breakfast buffet. Without forgetting, the attentive staff, smiling, accommodating and very available to inform tourists. I recommend. Reserva una mesa ahora

Staff were friendly and the breakfast was pretty good but the rooms could really do with a deep cleaning, especially the carpets which are quite stained. The location is convenient, close to the metro and shopping/eateries.

Clean and quiet room. A very useful and friendly team. The breakfast buffet was very good value for money. Very close to the Hoche Metro and a 15-minute walk from the Philharmonie de Paris.

Personal at the reception absolutely not friendly. Door that gives access to the parking lot with a digicode that doesn't work so everyone has access!
