Delikatessen Frankowitsch

This is an interesting 'fast-food' concept Deli. They specialise in a large selection of open faced sandwiches on French baguette or a selection whole meal bread slices. A very large selection of toppings smoked, air dried and cooked ham, tuna, egg and many more. Your select your sandwiches from the vitrine and they are plated and handed to you, then you pay. Next you find a table, inside or outside. We found a table outside. A waitress comes and takes your drink order. You could have also ordered your sandwiches from her if you knew what you wanted. Very popular place set in a walking precinct area. Only critic is the sandwiches on slices of baguette get soggy very quickly from the toppings and the chilled vitrine. Great place for a light lunch or snack.

Not sure if I can describe it in a way 'you get it' without being there. Tiny sandwitches, drinks (tiny if you order a Pfiff of beer) - and peolple flocking there, sitting outside in summer or taking boxes of the breads away any day.Fun sitting there people watching, nibbling - and it has some great delicatessen to take away too. so far I have always been to eat bread at delikatessen frankovich. these are an eye-catching and taste very good. the great selection makes the decision difficult. I also like the ambiente, a mixture of tradition, elegance and modernity, which conveys a bit of Viennese coffee house mood. the restaurant in the pedestrian zone is very cozy. ideal for every day!

desserts are an eye and eye-catching. very kreatiw dressed, a dessert looks better than the other. they also have rolls, but against the sweetness they do not arrive. foolish u tartelette is in normal proportion and very many are also as petit fours. absolutely small portions through cost
