We went to this cafe with our kids after visiting Exploris. The café is nicely decorated and the staff were welcoming and friendly, even though we had three excited children with us. We were seated promptly and given menus with a variety of dishes to choose from. The coffee was delicious and they offered refills. The breakfast was fantastic, the sausage baps were tasty, and the kids' meals were so good that we had empty plates in the end. The staff even went above and beyond to accommodate picky eaters for their ice creams and buns. The bill was also very reasonable. Definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area.
A wonderful Ulster Fry for breakfast in a friendly little family kitchen, what more would a traveler desire, a bit of rural Ulster in a small charming town that is seldom over run by visitors because it is a hidden gem.
We arrived at this lovely little cafe close to the end of the day. The food is more than adequate, Ulster fry, baguette, panini's the like and all provided with very friendly polite staff. Will definitely visit again.
We stopped in for a quick lunch after exploring Portaferry. The menu options were good, and the prices were reasonable, but the service was a bit grim. A friendly smile would have made a big difference.

Great quality and value, with friendly staff - what more could you ask for? Located just a short walk from the ferry and right next to the castle and Exploris.
Called in for a snack whilst visiting Portaferry. Food and service was fine though the menu was a little limited. This Café only accepts Cash.
