Delish - Reserva de mesa

We ordered at around and by our food had not arrived. I made a quick visit to the restaurant (as we’re not even a one minute walk from the place) and was told it would be with us in to minutes later the app changed to say it had been delivered and the order was completed when we hadn’t received anything at all. I went again to ask for a refund and was told by an obnoxious woman that they wouldn’t refund me in cash and that it would be in my bank within the next hours. The refund did not arrive, so I had to ring the merchant based in Jersey in order to get my money back, taking days in total. Seriously avoid this place. Terrible service and it’s obvious they don’t care.

Friends told us about how good Delish was despite some recent reviews ...... so glad we listened to them because it was brilliant. Ordering on line was easy, payment was a breeze, delivery to us miles away was really quick and the food was...brilliant. We ordered different types of kebab and all came exactly as expected and were so well cooked and tasty. Definitely worth a visit or for delivery.

This is about the time we have ordered from here and the couple were very nice but the last couple have been rubbish. We asked for chilli sauce the last time and had none. This order took almost hours to get here...so was cold and when one had a request for no onions, you be the judge from the picture... There are plenty of places here to deliver so please up your game Delish!!!

Over the weekend, I ordered my favorite kebab, which I typically enjoy every week. However, this time I received something completely awful that made me feel sick. I called the restaurant to let them know that my food was inedible, and they apologized. I also apologized, but unfortunately, that was the end of the situation. Ordered around on behalf of my family and the food finally arrived hours later. Tried to contact them via phone and live chat, but was number then in queue! I then received a notification from the app that the phone line...was down later that night. My family are keen to support local, but this is an absolutely appalling way to run a business. We won't be back.

Our order was delivered to the wrong address. Tried to correct and person on the phone immediately got aggressive and rude. Our house was away from the shop but no one was “working” lady on the phone was rude, disruptive and overall will never...come here again. The lady should be penalised over this. Never coming here again

I’ve had plenty of food here over the years and I’m always impressed with everything I eat. When I collect the shop is very clean. When I get delivery the drivers are on time and polite. You can tell a lot of care goes into...the running of this shop. Best in the area. I won’t go elsewhere. Keep it up Delish.

So we ordered a sheash wrap kebab, only had tiny bits of the meat in it. They don't make up the wrap. Paid for a small curley Fries and cheese....again smallest amount of fires and cheese. Cost me for that. .. Very...very expensive for Very little food. Go else where if you are hungry. Reserva una mesa ahora

The delivery took over two hours, missing items, and the portion sizes were very small, almost like what you would get in prison for starvation. It was absolutely shocking.

Ordered kebabs at p.m. on saturday arrived at p.m. Absolutely **** service. Will not ever use this shower of s..t again. Avoid this place .
