Delta Sonic Car Wash

I've watched the monthly unlimited car wash plan increase in cost. $16, then $30. Now, $50 per month (number rounded from $45), for a CAR WASH PLAN (crying laughing emoji). No special gas discount on top of the regular discount.. Nothing extra...and most of the staff that dry the cars never dry cars well...water everywhere when I get over to the vacuum ports. I took to drying my car myself and save my tips. Then, I was just there yesterday, about 35° outside, no pre-wash. But, employees half spraying cars. 50 bucks? Really??I cancelled my membership, as I'm sure many others did as well. I was on hold for a long time to speak to a representative. They were probably hoping that callers hang up or miss the call back. There are not even 50 days in a month for a person to get a car wash everyday, so the cost is absurd. There's a car wash on Western that's cheaper. I only had Delta's Unlimited membership, because I stop for gas, get a car wash. I don't mind switching where I get gas.

Terrible experience today. After car wash went to vacuum area and multiple lanes were closed leaving 3 spaces open .. one of which was being occupied by someone being locked out of their car and another by a car just parked in a spot to “help” the other car . Waited patiently before asking if they can move their car since they are not using the vacuum and the staff rudely stated she was helping the other car and will move shortly . This was an entire inconvenience to other customers and staff should have advised the other car to park in another spot rather than occupying the vacuum area when there are only 3 spots to use at the moment

4 stars because it's Delta Sonic. Nothing different than Downers Grove or Naperville. The thing you need to watch is the parking lot is tiny and there's 4 lanes into the wash. I recommend the far right if you have the pass. It's a cluster, and people will be jerks to keep you from merging. Otherwise, service is friendly.

The car washes have been TERRIBLE over the last few months. There is soap left on my car every single time. Then it just gets smeared when they dry it. I still had bug guts on my hood and side door. I also had to come home and wash my car myself immediately after my $23 car wash at Delta Sonic.

The carwash service is really good. Very gentle but thorough. Free vacuums. They have plenty of snack options, and it's very very clean always. Their employees are great too!Services: Auto interior vacuuming
