Deluca Gelato - Reserva de mesa

We absolutely adore DeLuca! Our first visit was in 2019 while my husband and I were in town visiting family. We loved it so much that we came back three times in one week! My husband has allergies to dairy and nuts, but they offer over ten options for dairy-free and nut-free gelato (as of this review, there are 18 dairy-free choices available). We relocated to Virginia at the start of 2022, and we've visited DeLuca numerous times since then! We truly enjoy it and appreciate the variety of options they provide. Without a doubt, I give it a five out of five stars!

The gelato was delicious, but unfortunately, the person serving it was quite rude. It was our first visit to this place, and we wanted to try a few flavors before making a choice. However, he seemed unwilling to offer any samples and visibly showed his frustration when we asked for one. If they don't provide samples, they should have simply informed us, and we would have left. In the end, we had to settle for whatever we had already tasted since we had no idea how the other flavors would be. I initially wanted to give this place a rating of 1 for the service.

Super cute place and amazing option if you have dairy allergies/intolerances. The service is always great and they have a variety of flavors to choose from- all delish! It has such a hometown feel if you like that (I do) and they even have a patio to eat outside if you’re COVID cautious or just enjoy outdoor dining. The only reason I’m not rating at 4 stars is because the patio furniture could use some updating as the tables are very wobbly and chairs rusted. Also because they don’t have wafer cone options. But it’s a great spot. Truly is adorable.

Gelato was good but the guy serving the ice cream was very rude It was our first time to this place and wanted to taste few flavors before deciding on something. Amazing gelato! Although it's not categorized as 'ice cream' in the US, this creamy and incredibly delicate dessert will have you craving more. Don’t stick with the smallest size—opt for a larger cup because you'll definitely want seconds. I can't wait to come back soon; there are so many flavors that you could visit every day and still not taste them all. The pumpkin pie flavor was absolutely delicious. A++ from me, highly recommended!

Incredibly delicious! They offer all the classic flavors along with a variety of unique and exciting options. The portion sizes are small, but I believe they're perfect for sweet treats. The strawberry flavor is absolutely fantastic, and I also really enjoyed the mint chocolate chip and milk chocolate. The interior decor is quite simple, but honestly, it doesn't matter when the gelato tastes this amazing.

Tried DeLuca today, was overly impressed! We went to try their gelato and sorbetto due to an upcoming birthday request, and they 100% earned our business now and moving forward! If you are looking for the best gelato and sorbetto, as well as friendliest service, DeLuca is your place! P.S. If you love coffee and gelato, get the affogato. It's 1000% worth it

Ridiculously delicious. All the traditional flavors plus so many fun and different flavors. The portions are tiny but I think for sugary treats portions are just right. The strawberry is outta this world. Also love the mint chip as well as milkchocolate. The decor inside is pretty plain. But who cares when the gelato is this amazing. Reserva una mesa ahora

Absolutely delicious gelato and a very friendly staff. I love the consistency and flavor of the Gelato that I enjoyed. I highly recommend the tiramisu flavor!
