I placed my takeout order and was quoted a 30 minute wait. I arrived at the 20 minute mark knowing I would have to wait for it to get done. I was within view of where they keep the pizza warm. I waited for another 40 minutes for my order. At the one hour mark I walked up and asked if my order was completed. I was then given an order that was sitting on top of the oven since I had arrived. I confirmed the pizza was correct in store but was not able to confirm the contents of the bag since they staple them shut.
