Once I got home, I discovered that we had received someone else’s spaghetti instead of our garlic knots. We called the restaurant to inform them of the mix-up, but the manager on duty was quite rude and made excuses, insisting it was our responsibility to remind them we were waiting. It’s worth noting that I was one of only two people waiting for my pizza. Regardless of whether this is a local establishment or not, these business practices are completely unacceptable and need to be addressed.
