Worst experience I have ever had for a birthday. Denny’s sent me an email for a “birthday promotion” since I have had an account with them for over a year. I went there with my girlfriend today and showed the email to the kind waitress and proceeded to order the “FREE Triple Double Slam” for my birthday and a couple of other items. After we ate I showed the manager the email again and then they told me they don’t know how to find the Barcode they need to scan so will be forced to pay for the item which is clearly FALSE ADVERTISING to scam me into getting something I had no intention getting otherwise. After the manager refused to help me locate the so called barcode he then started to belitt...
Do not waste your time or money here-period! I walked in and was asked “van you sit here?” I of course agreed. I waited for 15 minutes watching three waitresses walk right by me. Place was empty, so there were no excuses… I politely asked “may I please have a menu”? The goofy overweight lady said “OH-I didn’t see you there.” Im sitting in the front of the house! REALLY? Another waitress said something rude to me and I held my composure. I was traveling for work (entertainment industry), and just wanted a hot meal before catching a nap and a plane home. ServerineR- was awesome. She just opened and she was alone with a lot of tables, but still made it a priority to take care of us. The food was amazing and she was even better! We ate there 6/15 at like 7am and we expected to have a routine breakfast but she made it extra special. : We are used to eating on Miami Beach as we have lived here for 16 years and rarely go over the bridge but; thanks guys! We will be back!

I then ordered that I changed my mind and they were cool with it, so the waitress (do not wait too long when I understood) was today short pecan pie pancakes, they call it something like pumped-in . omg! delicious and the ultimate omelette. bernardett was nice and friendly. features: waiter and waitress wore all face masks

Quick, delicious. I ordered then I changed my mind and they were cool with it, so was the waitress (btw I didn 't wait too long when I changed my mind) Today Pumpkin pecan Pie pancakes, they call it something like Pumped-in . OMG!!! Delicious, and theUltimate omelette. Bernardett was nice and friendly.
We got there and got seated, 10 minutes after we were attended on. Place was just with a Couple of people. Finally, another waitress informed the person, that's your table. But, the waitress made up for it, she took our order and brought the food within 15 minutes. She apologized and it was good.
If I could give one star I would. We ordered early around 3:30. Through Uber eats. Half my order was missing. I called Dennys and they picked up and hung up. I tried 5 times after that and no one picked up. It was an expensive order and I'm Furious. Will never order from here again.
this place has the largest staff that eat comes fast, and they do not have to ask for fillings, and they are open 24 hours for immersion. yamileth is a great server

Great experience because of the waitress. The food is ok, very unhealthy but tasty. I had a hard time digesting everything. Don't go there if your in a diet ;
we had a really big server and eating was great. as a family of 6 who travels a lot, we have seen our share of Dennys and that was one of the best!
