Denny's - Reserva de mesa

This is the 2nd and last time I will visit this restaurant. The service was terrible, the waiter was rude with attitude not able to listen to my complaint when I tried to pay for my food after telling me that my card was rejected due to inadequate funds and the Systerm shows that the transactions were approved. So I end up with two charges on my card now I have to spend my time to file a dispute with the bank. It is not their fault for the system mistake things happen, but the fact that she talked about me with attitude and when I asked about her name and refused me and wore no one. Denny takes care of employee investment in her to learn real skills of customer service. Be ready to hear, but...

I took my one-year-old granddaughter to this restaurant for a pre-birthday meal, and I have to say, I was quite disappointed. I received a menu and ordered an omelette with fruit, only to be charged an extra 89 cents for the fruit. I also asked for just one piece of French toast for my grandmother, and they charged me $4.49 for that! To top it off, I was informed that they don’t have a kids' menu, yet they charged me $1.79 for a child-sized apple juice. I just can't understand the reasoning behind these charges.

I visited this restaurant after a late-night shift to grab a bite to eat. The food was fresh, but the restroom really needs some bleach and disinfectant; the smell was quite unpleasant. There always seems to be a long wait, likely because there are only three staff members working the whole place. So, be prepared to spend some time waiting.

I went to the restaurant with my aunt, but we had a frustrating experience. It took a long time for our food to be served, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. Love me some Denny?s! Aisha was our server and killed it! Was on point with our order and was very attentive! Food was delicious so thank you chefs! Kids eat free during the week so winner winner chicken dinner!

Good service. Not much waiting time. Friendly staff. No big signage advertising for the remaining rooms. Has a beautiful old style, updated Diner Theme Design.

The whole staff was amazing. Food came fresh hot and ready, not that long Wait time.
