To start with, Ravi's demeanor was far from inviting. He greeted us with a forced smile and seemed uninterested in serving us. His lack of enthusiasm was palpable, setting a negative tone for our entire meal. He appeared more focused on his personal matters than on attending to the needs of the customers. The menu and dishes were outstanding, but the service was sluggish, and the atmosphere could use improvement. The glass entrance door was almost opaque from grease, dirt, and fingerprints. The flooring was outdated and stained, and the furniture appeared worn and shabby. The seating area felt cramped, with sticky, old plastic chairs. Although the service took its time, it was accurate.

The food met my expectations; it's a Denny’s, and it’s on par with any other location I've visited. The service was outstanding. The older gentleman who served us was very attentive to every table, took our order accurately, and even shared a few jokes. The restaurant was clean, and I felt comfortable during my visit. As always, we were seated quickly and served immediately. Both the host and the waitress were friendly and efficient. Whenever we requested something, like extra napkins, they brought it to us right away. We absolutely love your restaurant!

I've been a regular customer for years and absolutely love the food! I really hope they don't close down to make way for more high-rise apartments. Keep up the great work, Denny's, and I look forward to my next visit!

I really appreciate the seniors menu. It's hard to find a sit-down meal for just $10.00 anywhere else. The food and service are consistently good. It does get quite busy around meal times, though.
