I usually visit this location with my husband, and it tends to be an average experience. However, I brought my aunt for breakfast today, and it was truly disappointing. They were out of several items, which can happen, so that wasn't a major issue, but both of our meals were missing key components! My stuffed French toast arrived without any stuffing. We found ourselves asking the waiter the same questions repeatedly. We requested napkins multiple times, and when we finally received them, they were dirty—not just slightly smudged, but really unclean. My Family And I Have Always Eaten At This Dennys Because Of The Great Food, Quiet Atmosphere And The High Quality Of Customer Service We Receive. Our Waiter Tonight Gerardo Ramirez Has Serviced Us Before And Let Me Just Say That Every Time He Has Always Been Completely Attentive To Our Needs. He Brought Our Food Super Fast And Constantly Kept Checking Up On Us To See If Everything Was Okay. I Truly Felt Valued As A Customer Because Of His Service. Thank You So Much!
DISGUSTING PLACE! I came to Dennys and ordered a steak and mashed potatoes. The mash potatoes felt like if I was eating apple sauce with hard pieces of potato. My steak was a thin flab of meat. I asked for medium it was well done. The steak didn’t even look like a steak. And the worst part is now I have food poisoning. Never will I eat at any Denny's again. I should have knew when I saw the restaurant dirty that it was not good.
