I've never tried their food, but I give them five stars because of their customer service of one particular gentleman, Catlin always is very kind whenever I see him. I do deliveries for food and stuff and no matter what's going on that he may have to be dealing with He stays professional! I believe he goes above and beyond and cares about his job and I enjoy interacting with him every time I see him. The food smells great every time, so I can only assume that it is great! Keep up the great work Catlin! Thank you!
Coffee was given in a cup that was cracked Na leaking, food had missing items and when they brought the food back it had old avocados on it. Customer service was ok but it will not be a place I am going back and would not encourage anyone to try. If there is a good waitress/waiter sometimes I will give a place a second try. This was by far one of the worse places I've ever eaten at.
I had a great experience here today, I had my food before I could even finish my coffee! I had an amazing server by the name of Joanna, great personality, super sweet and just amazing energy over all. I have never received my food that fast with an awesome attitude the whole time. Blessed to have ran into great servers and chefs!
How can I express my disappointment more clearly? This supposed 24-hour establishment was closed when I arrived. The employees were rude, and it appeared there weren't enough staff on hand. It's a real shame, because I usually enjoy dining at Dennys, but this experience made Waffle House seem like a much better option.

The service here was incredible. The ice storm limited the employees at this location big time but the gentlemen running the show was second to none and kicked tail getting food out, orders taken and did so with a smile. This man deserves every penny he is paid and should get a raise for the job he did today.
The cooks were respectful and kind, but the hostess, Kenisiya S., was extremely rude and unprofessional. We waited outside for her to come and take our order, and when she finally came in, she did not seem pleased to have customers. She just asked, "What do you want?"
I ordered grits, but they brought me hash browns instead, claiming they ran out of grits. There was no apology for the mix-up; they just brought the food out without saying anything.
