Denny's - Reserva de mesa

Denny’s Coquitlam at Austin. I ordered a fish chips and they gave me a smelly fish. I explained that I ordered a fish chips. And they gave me a smelly fish. In the photo it shows fried fish chips, like a typical fish chips. When I explained to the manager that I got the wrong order that the fish I got is the smelly grilled fish. That I don’t eat this type of fish. The manager pointed out to me that I ordered the wrong item. In other words, the customer service is horrible. I never encounter a restaurant like this. High ratings because this place provides everything as advertised: familiar comfort food and an easy going atmosphere. The server Liza was great: attentive but not pushy, friendly and personable and figured out we were there for a late night chat together and automatically suggested that she could bring share plates and gave us space but was there as soon as we needed her. Super nice person and got everything dialed in and right. Tried the skillet and was surprised how much we both liked it: filling and tasty but not heavy... a good late night choice. After today i will find a new place. Management has deemed it that you cant substitute any item and must serve what is asked for. They have done the substitution for years. This bites. As the servers are bearers of the bad news brought on by the greedy higher ups Also they are reducing portions and raising priced but do not wish to leave as is(due to cost of food). It was always affordable and management has gone and made it a cold unwelcome place. Also I feel the staff is under appreciated. Thanks management. Below in the picture is dennys new 2 orders of french fries . They are penny pinching.

Donna provided absolutely wonderful service this morning was very good at providing us with a lovely breakfast and had a great personality and attitude. The coffee here is absolutely fire. Denny’s is a good place to spend a very early morning. Big respect to Donna for the great experience. Also shoutout to the homies u meet in Denny’s Reserva una mesa ahora

The restaurant was very good, The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect too, we ate pancakes and drank coffee and orange juice, Maybe it should have more options for coffee, maybe cappuccino, latte, etc. In general I'll be back soon!

Absolutely loved the establishment. Our waiter Cat made us feel welcomed and checked on us adequately. She made our children laugh. The food was amazing (way better than Americas) and beyond worth the price.

Rick was our server, and he was great and energetic, he checked in with us quite frequently and attended to our needs even though we were seated at the corner. Very family-style breakfast and atmosphere.

Our Server Rick was very efficient and excellent. Everything was excellent, except they didn’t have blue cheese dressing they had run out. My favourite Cobb Salad w Prime Rib was spectacular as usual. Reserva una mesa ahora

Best eggs benny crepes in town! The hollandaise sauce was so rich and creamy, and the crepes were mouthwateringly delicious. Our server, Rick, also deserves a well-earned paid weekend off :

Service was nice, food tasted okay, wait was long. Maybe due to being understaffed, the hash brown wasn’t their usual golden brown and crispy. Bacon was also less crispy compared to usual.
